Using light weights and high reps, Centered Class will enhance your mind-body connection, refine your movement quality and increase your strength, balance, posture and grace. No dance experience required! Inspired by classical ballet, yoga, Pilates and HIIT, each class is set to carefully curated playlists that will keep you moving from the first plie to the juicy stretch sesh at the end of class. Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothes, bare feet (socks optional) and bring a set oflight hand weights (2-3 lbs) and a mat to use for the floor work.
